«Wet cake» with sour cream

Composition:

  • condensed milk -1 can (370 g);
  • butter — 50 g;
  • wheat flour — 250 g;
  • kefir — 100 ml .;
  • baking powder — 10gr.
  • impregnation: 250 ml. water + 2 tsp of honey;
  • cream: 400 gr sour cream, 80 gr. powdered sugar, 1/3 tsp. vanillin.

Beat condensed milk with melted butter. Add baking powder to warm kefir. Stir and pour into a thickened-oily mass. Sift flour to saturate it with oxygen. Portions add flour to the liquid part of the dough, constantly stirring until a homogeneous consistency (like thick sour cream). Grease the baking dish with butter. Pour the dough and bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for about an hour (check for readiness with a wooden stick).
Ready the cake to cool and cut into three parts. The most convenient way to do this is thread. Arrange on separate plates and soak all cakes with syrup (pour evenly with syrup).
For the cake, beat the pre-weighed (dehydrated) sour cream (this is such a method for removing moisture — the video below), powdered sugar and vanillin.
To collect a cake, greasing each layer with cream.
