INGREDIENTS
2 cm fresh ginger root
2 large oranges
1 lemon
1 large apple
500 g cranberries
200 g brown sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 vanilla pod
2 clove buds
1/8 nutmeg
2-3 peas of allspice
tangerines and oranges for serving

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the ginger into slices. Cut oranges and lemon with peel into 6 parts. Cut the apple into 4 parts, remove the core. Cut each part in half.
Step 2
Set aside some cranberries for serving. Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan.
Step 3
Pour 2 liters of cold water. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat, cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and, without removing the lid, allow to cool to approximately 40 ° C. Strain, put slices of citrus and cranberries in glasses and serve. Or pour into jars and serve with multi-colored straws.
