Zucchini — 1 piece
Eggplant — 1 piece
Green beans (frozen) — 100 g
Carrots — 1 pc
Meat (pork, beef, chicken fillet) — 200 g
Garlic — 2 teeth
Ginger (fresh) — 10 g
Sugar — 40 g
Soy sauce — 20 g
Ketchup — 40 g
Vinegar (table) — 10 g
Water (cold) — 50 ml
Potato starch — 1 tsp
Hot red pepper — 1 pinch.

Let’s start by preparing the eggplant. If you are sure that your eggplants are not bitter, then you can not peel, but I removed the skin. Then cut the eggplant into cubes, salt and put a small load on top.

We peel the zucchini with a vegetable peeler and cut into small cubes. Heat the pan well with a little vegetable oil and fry the zucchini.
I had a small carrot, cut it into cubes or half rings. And also quickly fry in a hot pan until tender.

You can take any meat for this dish, I had not fatty pork. Cut the meat across the fibers into thin slices, and then into cubes. Chop the garlic and ginger finely.

Put garlic and ginger in a hot frying pan with butter, fry for half a minute, stirring all the time, then fry the meat until tender, you can add a little salt and pepper at the end.

During this time, the eggplants have already started to juice and become soft. We drain the liquid and blot the rest with a towel. Behind
then fry the eggplant over high heat.

Fry the green beans until tender. We put all ready-made vegetables and meat in a saucepan or other dish.

Place the ingredients for the sauce in a small saucepan, stir everything with a whisk, put on the stove and bring to a boil, as soon as the sauce has thickened, remove from heat.

Pour the finished sauce immediately onto the vegetables and mix everything. With this sauce, vegetables acquire a completely different taste. Serve with boiled rice.
