Uzbekistan classic salad

mayonnaise — 3 tbsp. l
green radish — 300 g
small onions — 2 pcs.
vegetable oil — 1 tbsp. l
cilantro twigs for decoration
Hot red pepper — 0.5 pcs.
salt — to taste
boiled beef — 200 g

Step-by-step recipe preparation
Step 1

Peel the onion and radish, finely chop the onion, and grate the radish. Fry the onions in hot oil for 6 minutes.

Step 2

Cut beef along the fibers into thin strips. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Pepper peeled seeds, cut into thin rings. Combine beef, radish and fried onions in a bowl. All mix, salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise. Put in salad bowls, sprinkle with pepper rings and decorate with cilantro sprigs.
