Turkey with vegetables and bulgur

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Bulgur — 50 g
turkey fillet — 200 g
onion — 10 g
tomato — 10 g
dry white wine — 50 g
black pepper

Cooking method:

  1. Boil bulgur in salted water.
  2. Cut the turkey breast fillets into small slices. Grind onions. Finely chop the rosemary and dry it in a dry frying pan to reveal its aroma.
  3. Then add the turkey to the pan, send the onions to the same place.
  4. At the tomato, remove the stem and cut into slices. Grind greens.
  5. Pour dry white wine into the pan with meat and onion, add tomatoes, greens, salt and pepper. Cover with lid and give a little later.
  6. Before serving, decorate the dish with herbs and pepper.
