Turkey mozzarella rolls


  1. Turkey fillet — 360 g
  2. Cherries — 100 g
  3. Mozzarella — 80 g
  4. Butter — 30 g
  5. Barbecue Sauce — 50 g
  6. Garlic — 20 g
  7. Rice (brown) — 160 g
  8. Petrushka for decoration

If you want, instead of turkey, you can take chicken, and with filling — experiment, for example, add capers to cherry tomatoes.

Cooking method:

Prepare the ingredients. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.

Wash rice in cold water, put into a saucepan, add water (350 ml), add salt and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 15-18 minutes — until tender. Add butter and mix.

Wash the turkey, dry it, cut into 1 cm thick layers and beat to a thickness of 4 mm.

Grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater, cut the cherry into quarters, and the garlic into thin plates.

Put garlic on turkey, sprinkle with grated cheese, add cherry slices, a portion of barbecue sauce.

Roll up roll. If desired, you can fasten the roll with toothpicks.

Fry the rolls in a frying pan heated with butter for 2 minutes on each side, then put them in a baking dish made with parchment and send to the oven for 7-10 minutes.

Serve finished rolls with rice, garnish with greens. Enjoy your meal!
