Stuffed Eggs appetizer — 2 great recipes

INGREDIENTS
For eggs with bacon:
6 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
5 thin slices of bacon
4 green onion feathers
1/4 cup grated cheese
salt, freshly ground black pepper


For eggs with guacomole:
6 eggs
1 avocado
5 sprigs of cilantro
half hot red pepper
half a small red onion
1 tomato
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp ground zira
1 tsp lime juice
salt
corn chips for decoration

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Put the eggs in a pan, fill with cold water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook for 6 minutes, then remove from heat. Put the eggs in a bowl of cold water and then cool.
Step 2
Peel the eggs and cut in half. Remove the yolks and transfer to a bowl, mash until smooth.
Step 3
Filling with bacon. Fry the bacon until crispy, transfer to paper towels, and then chop.
Step 4
Finely chop the green onions. Mix all the ingredients with the yolks. Fill the egg halves with the filling, garnish with slices of bacon and green onions.
Step 5
Guacomole filling. Peel the avocado and cut into very small cubes or mash with a fork. Finely chop the tomato, onion and hot pepper, chop the garlic and cilantro.
Step 6
Mix all the ingredients with the yolks. Fill the egg halves with the filling, garnish with crumbled chips.
