INGREDIENTS
onions — 1 onion
garlic — 2 cloves
fresh chopped parsley — bunch
fresh chopped basil — 2 branches
stale breadcrumbs — 0.5 cups
milk — 100 ml
boiled small chicken or quail eggs — 6 pcs.
pork tenderloin — 1 kg
beef (minced meat) — 500 g
grated parmesan — 0.5 cups
egg — 1 pc.
vegetable oil — 2 tbsp.
meat broth — 1 l

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel and chop onion and garlic. Wash, dry and finely chop the parsley and basil. Soak bread crumbs in milk. Shell eggs. Cover the pork tenderloin with a film and beat off into a thin layer.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix ground beef with soaked breadcrumbs, parmesan, onions, garlic, herbs and a raw egg. Knead thoroughly. Place cooked minced meat in the center of the pork tenderloin.
Step 3
Press the eggs into the minced meat at an equal distance from each other.
Step 4
Roll up the roll. Bandage with twine.
Step 5
Fry the roll in hot oil for 4 minutes. from each side. Transfer to a baking dish. Pour the broth, cover and put in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for 1.5 hours.

If the surface of the roll starts to burn, it should be covered with a sheet of foil.
