Stuffed baked apples-healthy vegan dessert

Stuffed baked apples-healthy vegan dessert with cottage cheese, raisins, cinnamon, candied fruits, nuts and honey for a kids and the whole family.

INGREDIENTS
6 large apples
200 g of cottage cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
100 g raisins
50 g candied fruit
40 g walnuts
2 tbsp honey
2 cinnamon sticks
2 stars star anise
150 ml of water
To make baked apples especially tasty, choose large and strong fruits of sweet and sour varieties. I used candied orange for cooking, but you can add any to your liking.

Cooking

Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and honey in a bowl, add chopped nuts, raisins and candied fruits. Stir until smooth. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. For washed apples, carefully remove the core. Put the fruits in a baking dish and fill with curd filling. Pour water, put cinnamon sticks and star anise between apples. Put in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
