1.Fruit smoothie with banana


● 1 banana;
● 2 Kiwis;
● 1 juicy pear;
● 1 glass of apple juice;
● 20 g of powdered sugar;

● 4 sprigs of fresh mint and ice cubes.

Cut the apple and sprinkle with lemon juice. Peeled kiwi slice. Peel banana, cut into slices and put in freezer. Grate the cleaned ginger root. Slightly defrost strawberries. Cut the sprigs of mint. Grind ice in a blender.
Smoothies poured into glasses in layers. Mix in a blender apple, banana, kiwi, ginger root, half ice and 2 tbsp. spoons of honey.
Strawberries, mint, remaining ice and 2 tbsp. spoons also punch in a blender.

● orange juice ½ cup
● Pineapple juice ½ cup
● Pineapple 1 cup

5.Chocolate Smoothie with Banana


● Milk 800 g
● Milk chocolate 100 g
