Quiche with red fish

Cooking time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients:
egg — 5 pcs.
salt
sour cream — 2 tbsp. l
butter — 125 g
flour
frozen spinach — 200 g
onion — 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper — 1 pc.
vegetable oil — 1 tbsp. l
salmon fillet — 300 g
cream — 300 ml
nutmeg
butter
beans — 900 g
grated cheese — 250 g

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare the dough. Lightly beat 2 eggs, salt, add sour cream. We soften butter with 1.5 tbsp. flour and combine with egg mixture. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  2. Carefully grease the baking form with butter. Roll out the dough, lay out in the form, cover with parchment and fall asleep with dry beans. We bake the cake in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
  3. Prepare the filling. Squeeze and chop frozen spinach. Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan, then add the spinach. Cut pepper into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil. All roasted vegetables mix and salt.
  4. Remove the fish from the skin and cut into small cubes. Mix the cream with 3 eggs, add the nutmeg and salt.
  5. Put on the cake fried vegetables and fish, pour the egg-cream mixture, fall asleep with grated cheese. We bake the quiche in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Quiche with red fish is ready.
