Pork mince pie

Pie is a delight !! tender potato dough and a lot of juicy and fragrant stuffing …. I advise you to try it !! The pie is tasty and hot and cold !!


  • For the test:
  • 200 gr. potatoes,
  • 200g flour,
  • 1 egg,
  • 50g butter,
  • salt.
  • For filling:
  • 500g. pork (or minced meat),
  • 2 bell peppers,
  • 1 tomato,
  • 2 small bulbs,
  • 100 ml. fat cream (33-38%),
  • 100 ml. milk
  • 2 small eggs (to fill),
  • 2 tbsp. tomato paste,
  • salt pepper,
  • some grated cheese.


Finely chop the potatoes and boil in salted water until tender. Then drain the water, mash the potatoes. Add egg, butter, mix well. Pour the flour and knead the dough. We spread it in a detachable form, making the sides.

Sent in the freezer while the filling is being prepared. Pepper cut into medium-sized, slightly fry. Chop onions, fry in a separate pan, add the meat, cut into small cubes, fry almost until done, add salt.

Add pepper and chopped tomato, spread the stuffing on the dough. Mix cream, milk and tomato paste. Add the egg, lightly whisk. We salt, we pepper. Pour the pie filling.

We bake 40 minutes at a temperature of 200C. 10 minutes before being ready to sprinkle with grated cheese.
