● 1 egg yolk;
● salt, pepper, spices — to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Grind hard cheese in a blender. It is better to choose not too salty cheese, creamy is suitable. Stir cold butter with flour and yolk in a blender.
  2. Add hard cheese to the butter and flour mixture. At this stage, you can add sesame seeds and spices to the dough, if you want.
  3. Form a ball from the dough, wrap it in a film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll the dough into a circle, make holes in it with a tube and cut into neat triangular pieces. This form will provide dizzying success to crackers!
  5. Bake a crispy snack for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Cooking:

  1. Pepper, tomatoes, onions, peel and cut into cubes.
  2. Cut the meat into small cubes. Heat a vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. Fry meat over high heat (it is better in portions so that the meat is not stewed, but fried). Then put the finished meat on a plate.
  3. When all the meat is ready, return it to the pan. Add vegetables, stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Then pour the warm broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook until tender (about an hour).
  5. Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
  6. About 10 minutes before the meat is ready, boil the noodles in accordance with the instructions on the package. Fold the finished noodles into a colander.
  7. Put noodles in deep plates, pour in soup, sprinkle with garlic and parsley. Serve the lagman very hot!

Ingredients:

Flour (the amount of flour depends on the humidity of the cottage cheese) — 2.5 cups
Butter — 250 g
Cottage cheese — 200 g
Sugar — ⅔ cup
Vanilla Sugar — 1 sachet
Dough baking powder — 1 tsp.
Apple (quantity depends on apple size and shape) — 6 pcs.
Cinnamon to taste
Tangerine slices — 12 pcs.

Cooking:

  2. Wash apples, peel, remove seeds, cut into halves. Put the filling in the center of each apple. In addition to tangerine, dates without seeds, dried apricots, prunes, half a walnut can serve as a filling.
  3. Divide the dough into two parts, roll out one of them and put on a baking sheet so that small sides form. On the dough, put the halves of apples with the filling down, sprinkle apples with cinnamon, if the apples are very acidic, sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Roll the second part of the dough and put on apples, pinch the edges, grease the top with yolk. Bake for 40-60 minutes at 180 ° C.
  5. Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.

  2. Pour the remaining sugar, a teaspoon of starch and pour half a teaspoon of lemon juice (or vinegar). Beat another 5-7 minutes to a very dense state.
  3. Transfer the squirrels to a culinary or regular bag and squeeze them in a basket on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
    I got 10 baskets. Bake at 150C for 10 minutes, and then at 100C for 50 minutes, until creamy.
