Oven-baked crispy potatoes

Ingredients:

Large red potatoes — 4 pcs.
Olive oil — optional
Sprigs of rosemary — 3 pcs.
Garlic — 4 cloves
Salt to taste

Cooking:

  1. Place potato slices in slightly salted water and bring to a boil. Boil potatoes for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove and drain the water. Put the potatoes in a colander and let the water drain. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
  3. Pour olive oil and scatter rosemary leaves on a baking sheet and lay the potatoes. Mix well. Salt and mix again. Add the cloves of garlic.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes or until crisp.
