Orange soufflé is a delicious homemade dessert with fruits

INGREDIENTS
Oranges 3 pcs.
Orange juice 150 ml
Butter 20 g
Flour 20 g
Sugar 25 g
Egg whites 2 pcs.
Powdered sugar to taste

How to make an orange soufflé
Cut off the cap from the oranges and take out the pulp, trying not to damage the peel. Cut off the zest from the «caps». Squeeze juice from the pulp.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour, stir and pour in orange juice. Mix well, add zest and sugar. Cook over low heat until thickened.
Remove the cream from the heat and cool.
Wrap the bottom of the orange vases with foil.
Beat the cooled egg whites into a stiff foam. Combine the orange cream and whipped egg whites very carefully.
We spread the soufflé in orange molds, filling them by 2/3 of the volume, and bake in an oven preheated to 200 C for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the soufflé with icing sugar before serving.
