Meat nests with creamy mushrooms


Stuffing — 600 g
Onion — 1 pc.
Garlic — 1-2 cloves
Egg — 1 pc.
Champignons — 300 g
Cream Cheese — 200 g
Hard cheese — 100 g
Tomato — 1–2 pcs.
Salt — to taste
Pepper to taste
Mayonnaise — to taste

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

  1. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil until tender. Salt to taste.
  2. Add soft cream cheese, stir and remove from heat.
  3. Mix the minced meat with finely chopped onion (or chopped in a food processor), passed through a press garlic, egg, salt and pepper. Mix everything well until smooth.
  4. Make cutlets from minced meat, make a well in the middle to make it look like a nest. In each recess, put the creamy mushroom filling.
  5. Top with tomato slices.
  6. Lightly grease with mayonnaise.
  7. Top with hard cheese grated on a coarse grater. Cover the form with meat nests with foil and send to the oven for 30–40 minutes (temperature 180ºC). If you are afraid that the cheese will burn, then sprinkle the dish with them only 10–15 minutes prior to readiness.
