Matcha Tea and Chia Seed Jelly

Cooking time: 2 hours 50 minutes

Ingredients:
1) matcha powdered tea — 10 g
2) gelatin — 10 g
3) honey — 20 g
4) chia seeds — 35 g
5) coconut milk — 400 g
6) water

Cooking method:

  1. Cooking jelly. Heat the water in a skillet, but do not bring to a boil. Add a small amount of matcha tea to hot water and dissolve. Then add honey and gelatin.
  2. Pour the mixture into molds, cool and send to the fridge for 2-2.5 hours to make the dessert well frozen.
  3. Chia seeds pour coconut milk, add honey and let the seeds swell. On the frozen jelly with matcha tea, add coconut milk with chia seeds.
  4. Dessert is ready.
