Mackerel cold appetizer with vegetables and egg

Cooking time: 1 hour 20 minutes

fresh mackerel — 1 pc.
carrots — 1 pc.
pickled cucumber — 1 pc.
egg — 1 pc.
gelatin — 10 g
salt — to taste
black pepper — to taste

Cooking method:

  1. Divide the fish into two parts, remove the bones. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with gelatin.
  2. Grate boiled carrots. Boiled egg and pickled cucumber cut into thin circles. Put the egg, cucumber and carrot on the fish.
  3. Mackerel with vegetables and eggs tightly wrapped in plastic wrap, fix with thread. Make a few punctures in the film.
    Boil the fish with vegetables in salted water for 30 minutes. Place under pressure until cool. Then cool in the refrigerator to freeze gelatin.
  4. After that, remove the film, chop the mackerel and serve a cold snack on the festive table.
