Jelly Chicken

Cooking time: 1 hour 20 minutes

Chicken breast and chicken thigh fillet — 1.5 kg
dried garlic — 1 tsp
ground black pepper — 0.5 tsp
Ground paprika — 1 tsp
ground coriander — 1 tsp
gelatin — 25 g
salt — 2 tsp

Cooking method:

  1. Chicken meat cut into cubes just over 1 cm.
  2. Putting it all in a cup, add spices. Mix well.
  3. Now pour in the gelatin and mix well too.
  4. Spread chicken meat in shape, I have a form 11×27 cm. We press well and level.
  5. The form is covered with foil, we try to tightly.
  6. We put the form with the meat in a larger, suitable in size form. Pour into the second form of water, not reaching the edges.
  7. Cooked chicken in the jelly in the oven at 170 degrees for 60 minutes. Then leave for another hour in a cooling oven.
  8. When the form is completely cooled, cover with foil and place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight). Give a good freeze gelatin.

Homemade chicken ham is obtained dense, well cut and looks very appetizing.
