Homemade meatballs stewed in sour cream

INGREDIENTS
300 g ground beef
200 g minced pork
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
3 tbsp wheat flour
250 g sour cream
2 tbsp vegetable oil
greens to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Mix the minced meat with salt and pepper and chop it in the form of meatballs with a diameter of 3-4 cm.
Step 2
Roll the meatballs in flour and fry in a deep pan. Then pour sour cream, cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Before serving, meatballs pour sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
