Cooking method:

  1. Make a dough for ravioli. To do this, first sift the flour.
  2. Boil the kettle. Put salt in a bowl. Add 1 cup boiling water.
  3. Pouring sifted flour, quickly knead the soft dough.
  4. Put the dough for ravioli on a floured board, knead well, so that the dough does not stick to hands. Cover the dough with a towel. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, make the stuffing for dumplings. Onion peeled, washed and finely chopped.
  6. Wash the meat, cut into pieces. Skip through a meat grinder. Salt and pepper. Add onions.
  7. Add as much water or milk so that the stuffing is not thick, but not too liquid. Mix well. Stuffing ready.
  8. Dough for ravioli divided into 4 parts. Roll each piece into a sausage.
  9. Cut each sausage into 15-16 pieces. Roll out each piece with a rolling pin in a circle.
  10. For each piece of dough put an incomplete teaspoon of minced meat. Fold the workpiece in half and carefully pinch the edges, connect the ears.
  11. So make all the dumplings. Cover with a towel so as not to dry out. Or freeze in store.
  12. Boil 2.5 liters of water. Salt Put one portion of the dumplings. To prevent, so as not to stick together. Let it boil until the dumplings emerge and reduce the heat to medium. Cook homemade dumplings until tender, 4-5 minutes.
  13. Using a skimmer, remove the dumplings on a plate. Add a piece of butter. Homemade meat dumplings are ready. Serve hot with sour cream, sauce or vinegar.
