How to make a healthy vegan casserole with potatoes and mushrooms
Potatoes are cut lengthwise into two parts. We cut each part across, hold it with your fingers so that it does not fall apart.
Put the potatoes in a mold on parchment, grease with butter. Salt, pepper and add rosemary.
Crush the garlic clove with the flat part of the knife and put it on the potato.
We send to the preheated oven to 180 C.
