Healthy salad with shrimp and mint sauce

INGREDIENTS


400 g shrimp
200 g light-salted trout fillet
200 g canned or fresh pineapple pulp
200 grams of mini corn
4 medium cucumbers
1 very ripe avocado
For the sauce:
1 small bunch of mint
1 medium bunch of parsley
2 cloves of garlic
50 ml pineapple syrup or honey
50 ml of olive oil
juice and zest of 1 lime
salt, freshly ground black pepper


POSTHE PREPARATION PREPARATION
Step 1
Chop leaves of mint with a knife (remove the stems), parsley and garlic, and put into a blender. Add all other ingredients, beat until smooth.
Step 2
Shrimp peel. Salt, pepper. Fry quickly in a dry pan.
Step 3
Peel the avocado. Cut the trout fillet, pineapple, cucumbers and avocados into 1.5 cm cubes. Cut the corn into 1 cm circles.
Step 4
Mix all prepared ingredients, pour dressing, stir and let it stand for a while before serving.
