Healthy salad with oranges and mozzarella

INGREDIENTS
2 oranges
bunch of arugula
150 g mozzarella
pomegranate seeds to taste

for refueling:
1 tbsp. l cider vinegar
2 tsp honey
2 tbsp. l olive oil
This gourmet salad is perfect with red dry wine. Bitter arugula successfully contrasts with orange and tender cheese, and if you want to spice up the dish, add freshly ground black pepper.

How to make an orange salad with mozzarella
Mix apple cider vinegar with honey and olive oil. Peel the oranges and cut into slices, removing the partitions, cut the cheese into slices. Combine everything with arugula and put on a dish. Top up with pomegranate seeds and seed dressing.
