Healthy homemade hot punch

Ingredients:
apple juice — 2 liters
orange juice — 1 glass
lemon juice — 1/2 cup
honey — 1/4 cup
cinnamon stick (broken) — 20 cm
carnation — 8 buds
fresh ginger (peeled and sliced) — 3 slices
lemon zest or lemon slices for serving

Cooking method:

  1. Pour apple, orange and lemon juice and honey into a bowl of slow cooker. Stir to dissolve the honey.
  2. Cut a square of about 15×15 cm from several layers of gauze. Put cinnamon, cloves and ginger in the center. Fold gauze bag and tie a culinary thread. Put the spice bag in the slow cooker.
  3. Close the slow cooker and cook fruit punch on slow power for 5-6 hours or on strong power 2 1 / 2-3 hours. Remove the bag of spices from the slow cooker and serve the fruit punch hot in glass cups, garnished with lemon zest or lemon slices.
