Granite with spiced wine

What pour:

Dry red wine — 3 cup
Sugar — 1/2 cup
Cinnamon sticks — 1 pc.
Whole cloves — 2 pcs.
Whole allspice — 1/2 tsp.
Black pepper peas — to taste
Whipped cream — for serving

Like pouring:

  1. In a saucepan, mix wine, sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves, allspice and peas.
  2. Put the pan on medium heat and heat, stirring, until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Cook for another 5 minutes, then remove from the stove and let it brew for 15 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture into a square baking dish (20 cm) and completely freeze for about 5 hours.
  5. Scrape off granite with a fork and put it into glasses. Serve with whipped cream.
