Fried chicken breast schnitzel

The idea of a dinner on a weekday or for guests at the last minute is a juicy fried chicken breast schnitzel, breaded with eggs, parmesan and lemon Cooking is quick and easy.

2 chicken breast fillets
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup grated parmesan
olive oil
lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
Trim the chicken and beat to a thickness of 5 mm. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Step 2
Mix crackers with parmesan. Beat the egg.
Step 3
Dip the chop in the egg, then in the breading mixture, pressing it well with the chop. Put the schnitzels on a tray and set for 5 minutes. in the freezer.
Step 4
Heat olive oil and fry the schnitzels for 2 minutes. from each side. Transfer to paper towels. Serve with a slice of lemon.
