Ingredients:

Zucchini — 2-3 pcs.
Cream (20%) — 200 ml
Hard cheese — 100 g
Chicken Egg — 3 pcs.
Flour — 2 tbsp.
Butter — 20 g
Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper — to taste

Cooking:

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients, including salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the zucchini, peel and grate it on a coarse grater.
  3. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
  4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. ⅓ set aside for the top cheese crust, mix the rest with the yolks. Beat whites in a strong foam.
  5. In the zucchini, add the yolks with cheese, cream, flour, salt and pepper to taste. Shuffle.
  6. Lastly, carefully mix the whipped whites. It should get air mass.
  7. Grease the mold with butter, pour the mass.
  8. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and place in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
  9. After the casserole is ready, turn off the oven and let it stand for 10-15 minutes and it can be served.
