Creamy Shrimp Soup


1) shrimp — 200 g
2) butter — 1 tbsp. l
3) carrots
4) bulb onion
5) tomato juice — 150 ml
6) fish broth — 200 ml
7) cream — 150 ml
8) flour — 2 tbsp. l
9) water
10) dill
11) parsley

Cooking method:

  1. Cleanse the shrimp. Fry the shells of shrimp in butter with carrots and onions.
  2. Pour tomato juice and fish broth, stew. We filter the ready broth, pour in the cream, boil it.
  3. Enter the flour, mixed with water, and peeled shrimp, slightly boil.
    4.When serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped greens.
