Cottage cheese pastry pie with apples


Flour (the amount of flour depends on the humidity of the cottage cheese) — 2.5 cups
Butter — 250 g
Cottage cheese — 200 g
Sugar — ⅔ cup
Vanilla Sugar — 1 sachet
Dough baking powder — 1 tsp.
Apple (quantity depends on apple size and shape) — 6 pcs.
Cinnamon to taste
Tangerine slices — 12 pcs.


  1. Beat softened butter with sugar, add cottage cheese, mix. Pour in the flour sifted together with baking powder and vanilla sugar, knead the dough. Wrap the dough in a film and put it in the cold for 30 minutes. Flour may need a little less or more — it depends on the humidity of the cottage cheese.
  2. Wash apples, peel, remove seeds, cut into halves. Put the filling in the center of each apple. In addition to tangerine, dates without seeds, dried apricots, prunes, half a walnut can serve as a filling.
  3. Divide the dough into two parts, roll out one of them and put on a baking sheet so that small sides form. On the dough, put the halves of apples with the filling down, sprinkle apples with cinnamon, if the apples are very acidic, sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Roll the second part of the dough and put on apples, pinch the edges, grease the top with yolk. Bake for 40-60 minutes at 180 ° C.
  5. Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
