Chicken soup with crackers

Chicken — 500 g
Onions — 1 pc.
Carrots — 1 pc.
Cheese (melted) — 1 pc.
Potatoes — 3 pcs.
Croutons — 50 g

Cooking method:
Onions cut into small cubes, grate carrots on a coarse grater.

Saute the onions in vegetable oil, then add the carrots and fry for a few more minutes.

peel potatoes and cut into small cubes.

Melted cheese grate on a coarse grater.

Boil chicken, separate from the bones. Pour the water back into the pan, bring to the boil, add the fried vegetables and meat, cook for about 5 minutes, then add the potatoes and cheese. cook for about 10 minutes. Let it stand. Serve sprinkled with croutons.
