Banana Cheesecakes

Cooking time: 25 minutes

cottage cheese — 200 g
egg — 1 pc.
sugar — 2 tbsp. l
flour — 4 tbsp. l
banana — 1 pc.
vegetable oil — 30 ml

Cooking method:

  1. Put the curd cheesecake in a bowl. Mash with a fork. Add sugar, 3 tbsp. l flour and egg. Mix well.
  2. Cut the banana into small pieces. Add to cooked curd dough. Stir again. We form cheesecakes and roll them in flour.
  3. Heat the pan with the addition of vegetable oil and fry cheesecakes on both sides until golden brown.
