INGREDIENTS:


● Salmon — 1 kg ● Butter — 50 g ● Honey — 1 tbsp. ● Dijon mustard — 1 tbsp. ● Soy sauce — 2 tbsp. ● Salt to taste. ● Black pepper (ground) to taste.

PREPARATION:


To make the sauce, place the butter, honey, mustard and soy sauce in a saucepan.
Put the saucepan on a slow fire, stirring constantly, melt the butter. Then remove the saucepan from the heat and mix again.
Place the sliced ​​salmon fillet into 6 identical slices on a baking sheet made with parchment paper, salt and pepper.
Then pour the fish with soy-mustard sauce and send to the oven heated to 200 degrees for 10–15 minutes.
