Baked ham with spicy apple pancakes

Cooking time: 50 minutes

1) garlic — 4 cloves

4) pork tenderloin — 600 g
5) vegetable oil
6) apple — 2 pcs.
7) Ginger — 30 g
8) sugar — 50 g
9) milk — 150 ml
10) egg — 1 pc.
11) butter
12) ground hot pepper
13) cardamom
14) curry
15) flour — 80 g
16) cilantro

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the garlic, cut it in half, we salt and pepper it. We clean the pork tenderloin from the foil and fill it with garlic. Fry the pork in vegetable oil on all sides, then wrap in foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees.
  2. Prepare the filling. Peel the ginger and cut into small cubes. We clean the apples from the rind and seeds, cut them into slices, rinse in cold water and heat them in a saucepan with sugar. Then add ginger and at the end — butter. Stew until soft and shift to a bowl in readiness.
  3. For pancakes, mix milk, egg, vegetable oil, salt and sugar, add hot peppers, ground cardamom, curry, add 70-80 g of flour to make pancake dough. We bake pancakes in vegetable oil. In each pancake we wrap apples and fry in a mixture of oils.
  4. Boiled pork sliced, served with pancakes. Decorate with cilantro, sprinkle with curry and hot pepper.
