Asian salad with pork

Asian salad with pork, Beijing cabbage, cucumber, onions and sesame seeds — the best recipe for a delicious, traditional Asian dish for a home dinner or party.

300 g baked pork
½ head of Beijing cabbage
1 large cucumber
5 petioles of celery
3 spring onion shoots
1/2 hot red pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp rice bite
1 lemon
1 hot red pepper
8-10 branches of cilantro
30 g sesame seeds
1 tbsp aromatic sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce (optional)

Step 1
With a fine fine grater, remove the zest from the lemon, squeeze the juice. Separate the leaves of cilantro from the twigs, finely chop the twigs. Hot peppers free from seeds and partitions and chop finely.
Step 2
Prepare a dressing. Put sugar in a small stewpan, add vinegar, lemon juice and 1 tbsp. water. Boil until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat, add hot pepper and cilantro stalks, cool. Pour the mixture into a blender and grind. Add zest, sesame oil, soy and fish sauce to the dressing, mix.
Step 3
Cut the meat into thin strips, removing excess fat. Mix with a small amount of dressing, leave to marinate for 30-35 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the cucumber and celery into strips the size of a match. Chop Beijing cabbage, cut hot pepper into thin rings. Transfer the ingredients to a bowl, season with part of the dressing. Put the salad on the dish, lay the meat on top, sprinkle with cilantro leaves and sesame seeds.
